Christine Nabinger |

Christine
Nabinger earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education
in 1989. After her comeback from obesity, and experiencing
all of the strengths and benefits of her enhanced fitness
and wellness, she returned to school to embark on her
new life mission: to positively affect the lives of others
the way hers had been affected.

She earned her second Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise
Science - Kinesiology from S.U.N.Y Cortland and her
Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca
College. She holds certifications as a Health Fitness Specialist
(ACSM-HFS) through the American College of Sports Medicine
and as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
(C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength & Conditioning
Association.
Christine works as an exercise physiologist at the Healthy
Living Center in the University of Rochester's Center
for Community Health. She is also an adjunct instructor in
the Health and Physical Education Department at Monroe Community
College where she teaches Disease Prevention & Healthy
Lifestyles and Physical Fitness Theory & Practice.
She has nearly 10 years experience as a personal trainer in
a variety of settings and her clients have ranged from athletes
to senior citizens between the ages of 12 - 72 years old.
Before relocating to Rochester, NY she served as the
Fitness Director for a health club in the Ithaca, NY area.
